Due to the intimate nature of our products, we offer a 30-day return window for items that are unworn, unwashed, and still in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items that show signs of wear or have been removed from sealed packaging cannot be accepted.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip; ensure all hygiene seals and tags are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items for hygiene compliance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
